dc.description.abstract The purpose of this paper is to provide managers with a critical insight into the relationship between the benefits of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems implementation and the impacts on firm performance of supply chain management (SCM). The data has been collected from the experts working in the pharmaceutical industry. For, data collection the sampling technique has been used to analyze the data. The results shows that there is a significant correlation between the ERP benefits, operational benefits and tactical benefits are positively correlated with the performance. This result is beneficial for the mangers and the employees and all the partners who are working in the supply chain network en_US
