dc.description.abstract Robotic projects have a great importance in society because they can perform various roles in daily life. The proposed system is very useful for those people who are paralyze and cannot work or move their body parts. The technique which is using in this robot is not only to move a car through voice instructions but also through a Bluetooth signals. The HC-06 Bluetooth radio has a range of about 40 meters in indoor environment. The hardware which have used for voice recognition is easy VR kit which has built in voice command hardware. Just need to train the system. The NRF module is used for wireless communication. This is very easier to utilize in conditions. This is actually about voice sensing technique through which a human can easily perform tasks without moving hand or any motion without lips movement. So those people who are disable or not comfortable feel to do any task can utilize this application, this would recognize voice within 2.5 seconds, its band rate is set at 9600 delay. And the mick vr3 has a function to record independent voice instruction. en_US
