dc.description.abstract The changing and evolving dynamics of international politics have resultantly added more significance to process of policymaking of a state. In developed world policymaking includes many institutions such as Parliament, Media, Judiciary and the most recent emerged institution, Think tanks. However in developing world compared to other institutions think tanks received discouraging response from policymaking elite. This research will try to find the areas which should be considered for better influence of think tanks in policy making. Moreover it will emphasize the significance of think tanks for Pakistan’s policy making given the rich history of policy blunders and the geopolitical complexity of this region. en_US
