dc.description.abstract The aim of the project is to automate manually maintained community service system of Bahria university. The automated system will seek to meet the needs of coordinators and students as it will provide the coordinators to track their students credit hours. The automation of the system will improve the efficiency of the overall process which will make the services better and it is going to provide a structure that will be good in keeping student records in a paper-less environment. On the other hand this system will provide online interactivity between community service coordination and students once they have registered. The main concern of this project is to save time and efforts, secondly to keep the students interested in community service activities, the system will be implemented in a way that the students can participate in any activity just by entering the information regarding their services online in the CSP form, and each task is considered as their CSP so credit hours will be deducted from the students total 40 credit hours. The resultant product will introduce a community service web portal. en_US
