Hostels and Hotels Guide

Abstract

People nowadays make more use of the internet to acquire different services; no one wants to travel around the whole city to find hotels and hostels. The aim of the project is to make it easy to search for hostels and hotels for people coming to Islamabad from other cities. This system will provide two different categories to users for searching, they can either search the hotels or hostels by selecting specific sectors and see all the hotels and hostels in that sector or they can search by selecting a university and find the hotels and hostels situated nearby. This project will benefit students, job holders, tourists from other cities and the owners of hotels and hostels in Islamabad. The owners can add their property to . the website. The owners will provide the information regarding the services they provide, number of rooms they have, their prices and the location of their property. The project will also allow users to book rooms by following easy steps; users will select a property and then select a room they want to book. Once the booking request has been made for a room, the account of the owner/manager of that hotel or hostel will be updated and he will receive a booking request made by the user. Booking request status will stay pending, once the booking request is confirmed by the owner/manager user will be able to know that the booking has been confirmed.
