| dc.description.abstract | Study area is located in the Punjab Platform, Central Indus Basin. In the middle part of the Central Indus Basin, a westward dipping monocline is present. Central Indus Basin is tectonically very stable. The formations encountered in the study area (Bijnot-Ol well) ranges from Precam~ to Neogene. Seismic interpretation was performed using two strike lines and three Hip lines. Time and depth contour maps of six interpreted reflectors were yielded to study the variation of subsurface structures in the entire study area. Additionally, isochrone and Isopach maps were produced to represent thickness variation for three formations in the study area. | en_US |
