| dc.description.abstract | The project is about the smart micro wind turbine for residential use, The output of solar panel is connected to the charge controller that provides constant 12v DC which is charging the battery and windmill. In the design sequence, right next to the battery there is an inverter which can convert that 12v DC to 12v AC and the transformer converts it to 220v AC. Now, that 220v AC is then supplied to the load. In the inverter there are Mosfets which are getting pulses on gate from Arduino. Also, in the charge controller there is Arduino is programmed which displays the status regarding battery, output and load etc. Also, it checks the battery voltage and displays it on the LCD. It consists of total power of 500-600 watts. Wind turbine generates 200 watts and solar panel generates 300 watt that combines into a total power of 500 watts because of its unique nature of being hybrid. Therefore, if anyone of the source tUl11Soff it still generates power but will be of less watts. Because of this project, residential customers can get rid of the heavy electricity consumer bills and overall load shedding problems across the country. | en_US |
