The purpose of this study is to determine factors in multi-partner projects influencing collaboration. Methodology used for gathering data was survey questions which were adopted as well as adapted, stratified sampling technique was used from strata of selected group and data gathered was analyzed on SPSS to generate results. The results showed significant positive relationship between project collaboration qualities and project success and along with dimensions of project collaboration qualities too. Complete moderation exists in relationship between project collaboration qualities and project success.Limitations of this research study are that proposed model can be applied on various industries of different regions. Thus study anticipated that knowledge integration capability had played vital role in relationship between project collaboration qualities and project success. Hence the study proved that if project collaboration qualities are practiced well and knowledge integration capability of collaborators are highly skilled, it ultimately provides industry with expert workforce which led towards the project success. | en_US |
