Abstract:
In organizational setup the significance of achieving specific goals and
objectiveslies in the ability to attract and accomplish projectssuccessfully. There is
huge number of collaborative work in project based industries and organizations
whichcreates value for the customers. The previous studiesarticulated that
collaborations and co- creations lead to some challenges and complexities. In this
research study, we explored the moderating effect of knowledge integration
capability on relationship of project collaboration qualities and project success. The
purpose of this study is to determine factors in multi-partner projects influencing
collaboration. Methodology used for gathering data was survey questions which
were adopted as well as adapted, stratified sampling technique was used from
strata of selected group and data gathered was analyzed on SPSS to generate
results. The results showed significant positive relationship between project
collaboration qualities and project success and along with dimensions of project
collaboration qualities too. Complete moderation exists in relationship between
project collaboration qualities and project success.Limitations of this research study
are that proposed model can be applied on various industries of different regions.
Thus study anticipated that knowledge integration capability had played vital role in
relationship between project collaboration qualities and project success. Hence the
study proved that if project collaboration qualities are practiced well and knowledge
integration capability of collaborators are highly skilled, it ultimately provides
industry with expert workforce which led towards the project success.
