dc.description.abstract Increase in business growth and revenue are the main objective in any business. There are many choices to achieve these tasks, e.g. revising the company policies, motivational sessions for the employees, increment in salaries, migration of business to a new place etc. The main difference between a good business and a great business depends on the place of business. The purpose of migration is to expand business where infrastructure cost is less, better talent pool available, access to better lifestyle to achieve business goals and need a comfortable market according to prices, talent pool access and proximity to target audience. The main challenge is to move a business from one place to another and the types of issue and problem that can be faced by the businessmen and how they solve these issues. In the research work, an Ontology is developed which is Business Migration Ontology. The main contribution of the research is to provide a platform with the help of semantic of business rules. The Business Migration Ontology helps the businessmen to decide which jurisdiction is suitable for business migration in terms of investment, business rules and regulations, and taxation policies of that jurisdiction. en_US
