Light of Sight

Abstract

Everyone is tested with different trials in life. As we face difficulties ill some of the aspects of our life to do something for which we dont have capacity. We can never perform the tasks beyond our capacity. Same as we never have the capacity for doing a specific task, there are some people in our society, city, country and all around the world who can never set their journey to a specific point from one point without the help of someone else. Those are mainly visually impaired, accidentally blind, and congenitally blind or a person is having a disease which is not letting him see the things around the world. A person with such illness or disability will need a person for help 24/7. In some conditions it is hard to find a person for road crossing and other daily routine things. In country like Pakistan where there is no concept of zebra crossing is followed by the citizens, thats the reason that even in capital of Pakistan we never see any kind of boards for zebra crossing. In situation of no arrangement of road crossing for even an ordinary person. We have developed a light of sight app/tool for visually impaired persons which can help them to cross the road manually without any helper. In this app, there are two aspects for the visually impaired person. The first perspective is that the application will help the person to go to the desired destination manually without using any persons help. The second perspective is that a visually impaired person hires a taxi and the application will help him to know if the person is going to the right direction or not. Testing of app has been performed to ensure that all features and fuuctioualities are working properly and the errors that came were removed.
