Helping hand community based on Automatic request classification

Abstract

In this modern era of internet of things where people are connecting to each other and electronic gadgets day by day, connectivity and communication levels have become more refined and fluent in urban and well-developed areas of Pakistan. People want to have a helping online community, where they can help other people in various ways according to their skills and expertise. So today there's need of an online web application based platform or a community and want some help or assistance in the form of various kind of services i.e. Medical assistance, teaching assistance, travel assistance, and fund-raising assistance. The people who want help other are having a profile as "helpers" with their expertise in which they want to aid others whom are nearby to that person. The helpers can also be rate by the other people that who was their assistance or was it helpful etc. Moreover, the system is powered by an AI algorithm that takes the input from user in the form of natural language, then process it and find the category of user's problem, and provide the best, relevant and optimal help to the user.
