dc.description.abstract PURPOSE: Examine the role of spousal support in relation to work overload and parental overload and is to determine how spousal support relates to work-family conflict and well being in women. METHADOLOGY: In this study survey method was adopted to collect the data. Web based questionnaire was used to collect the data from the people easily available on the social sites. Sample size of this study was 384 and sampling technique chosen was convenience sampling. To analyze the results frequencies, regression and correlation was studied. FINDINGS: The objective of this study is to examine the role of spousal support in relation to work overload and parental overload and to determine how spousal support relates to work- family conflict and well being in women. 5 hypotheses were generated for this study. Research analyzing work-family-conflict and individual prosperity has demonstrated that spousal help moderating affects the accomplished clash between part stressors, interrole struggle, and prosperity. This investigation bolsters and expanded past researches by recommending that spousal help is a vital directing variable on the connection between part stressors (over-burden) and interrole strife. The present examination found that spousal help buffers the impacts of part over-burden especially that of work over-burden on work-family conflict. PRACTICAL IMPLICATION: The outcome of this research is to study the impact of role overload on work family conflict in married working women. en_US
