Project management tool and success Predictor

Abstract

Project management tools are good at using knowledge, skills, tools, techniques to implement any projects. However, many researchers have addressed the issue surrounding the management of the projects in large organizations. The evolution of the project management tools for software and non-software applications has been growing at a rapid pace, and the number of products in the market has increased significantly. This choice of product is a dizzying set of software project management tools, which are available at different levels of sophistication and pricing. Because the available feature is so rich, and the range of prices are so expensive, it is important for project owners to choose the most suitable tool for their projects. We need a project management tool or software to develop a project through which we can build a successful product. Many project management tools exist but their limited features sometimes increase chances of project failure. Because they do not consider the user feedback and do not evaluate the effectiveness of the project based on comments. They do not allow the user to interact with those team members. By considering these points, we developed android application to facilitate users and developers. This application has several features of project management with subtask and deadlines, project progress and finance module. Online team discussions and chats are key factors of our project.
