| dc.description.abstract | PURPOSE: study intended to emphasize the ideas of introducing flexibility in work patterns and to workers' satisfaction This find out the influence of five types of flexible working factors within the organization. These factors include organization’s supported rules, employees assistance, management support, and types of work to investigate the impact of these on variables on workers' productivity. METHODOLOGY AND DATA: In addition, a questionnaire has been developed and tested by a pilot study and then distributed to the employees of different organizations. The sample was comprehensive by which the whole study population used as the sample. The collected data was analyzed by statistical methods and processed through the SPSS software. FINDINGS: The extraordinary finding of this study was the positive impact of flexible work arrangements on employees’ productivity. The study recommended that companies should the admin and the staff about flexible work schedule programs and its innovative effects on employees' efficiency. aware PRACTICAL IMPLICATIONS: This research is considered quite useful for the companies of software industry to develop friendly organizational culture and to go towards developing company code of conduct that help in applying various flexible working schedules and include it in the selection process. | en_US |
