dc.description.abstract The present study was conducted explore the relationship between family-work and work family conflict of unmarried female university teachers.It was hypothesized that there would be a relationship between family work and work family conflict in female university teachers.Work-to-family conflict scale and family to-work conflict scale (Netemeyer, Bo!es; & McMurrian) was used on sample of 70 unmarried female University teachers permanent faculty on a post of assistant professor.with age ranges from ( 25-35 years). Pearson Product Moment Coefficient of Correlation Was' used to test the hypothesis. The result revealed that there is a significant relationship between family work and work family conflict. en_US
