Email Management Application for Special People

Abstract

In today's world communication has become so easy due to different technologies. However the visually impaired and blind people find it very difficult to utilize the technology. And there are many new advancements that has been made to help blind people to use the mobile application efficiently and easily. This application is targeting especially on blind and visual impaired users ,who have huge difficulty in interacting with their mobile when they are sending or reading the email.This application offers a voice based service in which they can easily read and send email with agent guidance. In this application user have to speak certain keywords in result certain actions are performed e.g. open the inbox ,open the compose email and Send email. The application can be used by a blind person to access mails easily and efficiently. This application aims to handle e-mails in most appropriate and quick way by providing better management. Due to wide availability, use and demand of android devices, application is developed for android enabled devices. So the system allows mobility for the users.
