Abstract:
The aim of this project is to automate manually maintained business related to tyres which have lot of variety and options. It is the complete integrated web base application software package which includes several modules. The first module is user management, which includes the details of working personal (user) in the organization. The admin user will have the rights to create records and maintain their performance, attendance, leave etc. The customer management is second module, in which the admin will create customer account who is shopping first time and system will records details of purchasing information each time. The order management system is the third module; in which customer can order their products and system will look after the supply and payments details according to the invoice. The system will maintain ledger in which we will check the overall profit and loss from specific date, years to the date. The forth module is inventory management. The organization have multiple godons (stores) in which they stores different types of their products according to the requirements. Warehouse module help to add product manually or form any file system. This module will show information of different types of products according to make model size etc. There is another sub module for the old tyres in which organization purchase old tyres from customer according to their condition and adjust amount in invoice. The system maintain information of old tyres for sale in future. The fifth and last module is Book keeping which handles the expense of daily, monthly and yearly etc.
