dc.description.abstract The present study examines the relationship of emotional empathy and hope in adults living with single and both biological parents. It was hypothesized that there would be a significant relationship in emotional empathy and hope in adults .The sample size comprised of 160 participants both male and female of age range 18-25. The participants were selected randomly and two different scales were used for both variables. For the first variable, multi dimensional emotional empathy scale of Caruso & Mayer developed in 1998 was used. For the second variable Hope, The Hope Scale of Charles Richard Syiider developed in 1991 was used. en_US
