dc.description.abstract This framework is extremely useful for sparing the life of a man suffocating in the water. This is finished by educating the pulse rate of any individual in the water to the lifeguard/concerned individual. Our framework will screen the heart rate. It will then transmit utilizing RF. its range would associate with 15-20 meters, if submerged around 7-10 meters. For this the framework incorporates transmitting and recipient circuit. The beneficiary circuit is with the lifeguard to educate about any crisis, while the transmitting circuit is with the individual in the water. The transmitter circuit utilizes AVR family microcontroller interfaced to LCD screen. This LCD screen is utilized to show the heart beat level to the lifeguard. This transmitter circuit is controlled by 9V battery. Likewise, the collector circuit additionally incorporates AVR family microcontroller and RF beneficiary which are connected to 12V transformer. The framework additionally incorporates heart beat rate sensor. This heart beat rate sensor can be mounted on the hand or leader of the individual inside water which will track the individual's heart beat rate. The beneficiary circuit likewise incorporates LED light and a bell. This LED light and the bell are turned ON when a man's pulse level attaches or turns out to be too low. Alongside the misery flag sent to the lifeguard, A little chamber loaded with CO2 is connected with the transmitter circuit which will expand an inflatable as soon the pulse is distinguished as anomalous which will bring the individual over the water and alongside that a GSM/GPS module is additionally joined which will send the individual's area to the lifeguard too. In this way, this framework illuminates the lifeguard when the pulse level isn't inside the cutoff and therefore can spare existence of the individual suffocating in the water. en_US
