dc.description.abstract Various previous studies were studied related to Dark triad traits, which consist of Machiavellianism, Narcissism and psychopathy- and with the help of survey its impact on time banditry at work place. Relation between dark triad traits and time banditry was taken out from previous studies as well as survey done in PTCL of 300 respondents. The survey consisted of respondents from HOD to office boy. This topic was selected because researchers have not shed light on both the topics, and especially in Pakistan. Research on PTCL was conducted as it is the largest telecommunication company in Pakistan. It was found that individuals possessing dark triad traits have one thing in common that is the trait of self-deception and time banditry is an act of self-deception. Results also showed a positive relation among these variables. en_US
