Abstract:
The purpose of this study to examine the influence of different leadership types on employee performance and creativity in the banking sector of Pakistan, and mediating impact of organizational politics in leadership types and employee performance and creativity. The cross sectional surveys were conducted at a large banking sector employees of Pakistan. With the sample size of 150 employees from different demographics were includes. We use SPSS software to finds the results we run regression, correlation and different other types. The results of this study show positive influence of leadership types like transformational leadership, transactional leadership and authentic leadership on employee performance and employee creativity in the employee of banking sector across Pakistan
