dc.description.abstract The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of organizational environment over the work performance specifically with respect to telecommunication industry of Pakistan. Organizational environment is represented by three dimension such as job autonomy, organizational culture, and work environment utilized to conduct this research. For conducting this study, a structured questionnaire has been developed and data was collected from different officials associated with the telecommunication companies of Pakistan. Afterwards, different hypothesis test has been applied on data gather from the respondents. Meanwhile, results have shown that there is a direct (positive) relationship between organizational environment (job autonomy, organizational culture, and work environment) and work performance within the telecommunication industry of Pakistan. Several statistical instruments have been used such as descriptive frequencies, reliability, correlation, regression, ANOVA, and coefficients to conduct the analysis within this study. Conclusively, I can say that organizational environment through (job autonomy, organizational culture, and work environment) does have strong effect on the work performance within the telecommunication industry of Pakistan en_US
