The Impact of Project Manager’s Personality Trait on Project success

Abstract

Project manager has its own importance and helpful for organization to execute their tasks and gaining high competitive business edges in market. Knowledge is always refers to what actual the need and requirement of project managers know about project management. The area of project management is wide and complex in nature. Requirements of project management are change according to nature of project. Research is recognized as the term of logical and using systematic search approach for new and having useful information in procedural of particular impact of project manager's personality traits on project success. The limit of sample size is two hundred and fifty five (255) respondents working in different construction companies. These construction companies are GKG Engineering and Construction, Habib Construction Services (pvt) Ltd, ZKB Construction Company and Minawa Construction. SPSS software is used to effectively enter survey data, data processing, generate results and also run various statistical tests. These statistical tests are demographic information about users, correlational analysis for testing of suggested hypotheses; practically apply tests. Theoutcome of this study is based on project manager is responsible for the consequence of project success in market. Importance of project manager cannot be overlooked at any case, typically too well perform organization project activities. Success of project metrics is highly dependent upon deliverables in procedural of time, budget and defined in nature.
