dc.description.abstract | The main theme of this study is to explore the relationship between family work conflict and job satisfaction. In addition, it is also incorporated to examine the moderating influence of perceived supervisor support in Pakistan's banking context. The main concern was to focus on the top 15 banks working in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and federal areas. The regression findings indicated that family work conflict influences job satisfaction, but the effect is significant and negative, meaning that there is an opposing relationship between family work conflict and job satisfaction. The finding of this research study is useful to keep the banking sector in line of better performer and that will reduce the family work conflict and job satisfaction will automatically enhances. | en_US |
