dc.description.abstract The present study aimed to explore the significant difference in sexual harassment experiences of working women at managerial and menial positions. It was hypothesized that there will be a difference in the sexual harassment experiences of working women at managerial and menial positions. It was also hypothesized that there will be a significant difference in the sexual harassment experiences of working women among age ranges of 24 - 35 and 36 - 45. For this puipose, a convenience sampling of 200 female participants, 100 managerial working women and 100 menial working women between the ages of 24 - 45 years from different private and government organizations of Karachi were taken. Data collection was done using the self-administered sexual harassment experience questionnaire (Kamal & Tariq, 1998). The statistical findings, using the t- test analysis showed no significant difference in sexual harassment experiences between the two managerial and menial groups of working women, however a significant difference in the sexual harassment experiences were found between the two age groups of 24-35 and 36-45. Therefore, the results revealed that the first hypothesis of the study was disproved whereas the second hypothesis was verified. The limitations and the implications of the study has been discussed. en_US
