Abstract

Improvement is always considered as the centre of attention in the organisations and it is examined that with the passage of time every organisations, enterprise, business institute etc. are planning to improve their business, functional and operational processes. In this research work the discussion within the context of improving supply chain management using quality management is discussed. In this research work the proactive research methodology is considered and It is perceived that this research methodology consists of eight phases. All the key phases in the context of research are linked with each other. It is perceived that all the key objective that are set in the context of this research work have being achieved. During the analysis of this research we considered three companies that are working in Pakistan. Based on the data analysis results It is perceived that their integration of information technology based solution better results and outcome can be achieved. In the end the key recommendation is provided so that the companies that are working in Pakistan or in any region of world would be able to extract better results
