dc.description.abstract The research examined the impact of leader member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior through work engagement to explore this are of research we develop theoretical framework to explain the relationship among variables. It include one independent variable which is leader member exchange (LMX), one dependent variable which is organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and one mediating variable which is work engagement (WE). The relationship between the variables was examined through SPSS done on the data gathered from the questionnaires which were created on the basis of the framework. By examining the results it has been clarified that if the organizations work on improved LMX and excel in the work engagement processes, the organization citizenship behavior of the employees of the organization will definitely boost up. At the end of the research there are recommendations given regarding the future research while considering all the findings and the results of the study, while just like any other study, the limitations to the study have also been mentioned due to the constrain of resources and time.
