dc.description.abstract Few decade back, the development of latest information technology and computer networks is enhanced the effective use dimensions of electronic commerce and also improved the use of supply chain management practices and process. SCM emphasize in the context of integrated planning, properly well perform co-ordination, managing and control all business operations which relate to supply chain to deliver value to customers at low cost. E-Commerce works under the strong consideration of internal and external stakeholder affords in the form of decision making powers. These decision making powers include customers interest that lead towards organizational quality oriented products and services through proper use of governmental commerce channel. Simple random sampling technique is to be used for data collection. The limit of sample size is not more than one hundred and fifty five (155) respondents. The participating customers companies are Daraz.pk, Kaymu.pk and HomeShopping.pk. Type of this research study is quantitative in nature. Primary source of information is use for data collection and analyze data by using statistical package for social sciences. en_US
