Abstract:
This study is about the impact of organizational justice which is divided in to three types, distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice on employee performance. These three types of justices have been studied in this context relating employee performance. The study is conducted on the banking sector of Islamabad .The population consists of employees of banks. The topic of this study was the impact that organizational justice on performance. Data was collected through primary method by questionnaires and analysis was done through SPSS with different tests being applied. The result came out to be positive. Our hypothesis that distributive justice and interactional justice have a positive impact on career success came out to be true. The three types of justices were found to be correlated with the dependent variable performance by analysis from SPSS and the data was found to reliable by the cronbach alpha.
