Furthermore this model also explores the moderating role of environmental dynamism on the demand and supply competence as environmental dynamism is the degree of environmental change or unpredictable change in the environment. This research model data was collected from the adopted questionnaire, the questionnaire was based on thirty items with LIKERT scale and it was distributed to the different manufacturing firms in different industries of Rawalpindi and Islamabad the data was collected from 200 supply chains professionals and academicians through web based survey. The results concluded that supply chain resilience plays an important role in business survival and making its supply chain performance and firm performance better, all relationships showed positive correlations, however environmental dynamism showed the negative correlation meaning that environment do effect the demand and supply of any firm.
