Abstract:
Supply chain management is considering to be the integral part of the organizational strategies and supply chain management functionality is accepted as important part of the organization in terms of its efficiency and effectiveness. Human resource management have high level of influence on supply chain management and started to be considering as the core element of the success of the value chain. Without the motivation and commitment of the employees the success of the value chain stays in danger. This research paper provides a deep discussion on how HRM practices helps the organizations to implement the supply chain successfully. In this research, mixed methods are used to gain the primary data to analyze the impact of Human resource management practices over the supply chain qualitative performance in context of Pakistan. In this study, it is found that each HRM function has strongly significant impact over the supply chain qualitative performance.
