Abstract:
This study focuses on faculty of management sciences of private universities of Islamabad. The influence of organizational culture on employee motivation is being analyzed in this whole research. The variables that affect employee motivation linked to organizational culture are compensation, flexibility work hours, leadership style and standard & policies. All survey participants were faculty in private universities and was tested in a survey. All survey participants were employed in the private universities and represent the population of employees within the domain of private sectors. The findings give support to the conceptual model of consequences of organizational culture. Specifically, findings reveal that organizational culture, which is independent variable, has a direct impact on employee motivation. Therefore, this unique study enriches our understanding of knowledge-based service firms with the finding that organizational culture is a key factor to orchestrate successfully trigger compensation, flexible work hours, leadership style and standard & policies. Consequently, previous research has neglected to study employee motivation at a collective level.
