Impact of supply chain integration on supply chain performance

Abstract

This study is a discussion of the impact of supply chain integration on supply chain performance to make the efficient organizational performance. This research is in the context of manufacturer, supplier and customer. This shows shows in Pakistan for the accurate understanding of supply chain management with supply chain integration in our country and also focus on its importance if any. All the factors are clearly detailed and defined and all the defining factors are engaged as sub variable in this study of supply chain integration. Every variable have their individual impact level on every factor of supply chain performance. These factors have also some effects on supply chain. Reasoning from this study that supply chain is very important part in business sector and all the levels of its practical application in firm in Pakistan is most acceptable. This work delivers theoretical and experiential indications and shows the relationship of all the variables that lead to efficient supply chain management
