dc.description.abstract The purpose of the study was to find the strength of relationship between burnout & psychosocial stress and job satisfaction and to find the role that a moderator variable (relaxation index) is playing in affecting the relationship between these two variables. Regression analysis and correlation test has been used in the study. The findings of this study reveal there is in significant role played by a moderator (relaxation index) in affecting the relationship between the job satisfaction and burnout & psychosocial stress and revealed that there is a negative relationship between both stresses types ( burnout stress & psychosocial stress) and job satisfaction. en_US
