dc.description.abstract Goal of this study is to analyze the influence of training, professional work environment and employee motivation (HRM practices) on organizational effectiveness in Bahria university. The purpose of current research is to analyze the influence of Human Resource Management practices in organizational effectiveness of employees. A survey questionnaire was adopted to gather responses from approximately 500 employees from Bahria university Islamabad. Out of total 350 questionnaires distributed 300 were collected with 5 filled improperly thus approximate response rate was 90.4%. it is forecasted that results of current study will be useful not only for the organization and its employees but also for future research students. The results are expected to provide an insight in to the impact of HRM practices on organizational effectiveness in Bahria university Islamabad. Which would benefit the institute, their managers, faculty members, future research students and in particular HR department en_US
