dc.description.abstract The developed country has grown through industrialization period that is now spreading towards the developing and low developed countries. This makes the whole world a global village. The skills, knowledge and information passed through easily. The researches evaluate the effective ways through which the different organization can run effectively. The human resource department is a very important department in any organization. This department led to the recruitment and selection of the employees that will make a good reflection of the company.
