dc.description.abstract Purpose The inspiration behind this study is to lead the effects of flexible of flexible working arrangements’ on employee wellbeing.The study is investigated to determine the effects on employee wellbeing in organizations of Pakistan. The employee wellbeing is considered in terms of psychological, social and physical. The study will identify the relationship of flexible working arrangements’ with the components of employee wellbeing. Methodology This research conducted is exploratory in nature which involve quantitative data, quantitative data which is collected through a questionnaire. The data was collected from a sample size of N =307. To evaluate the data Cronbach’s Alpha and correlation tests were applied. Findings The results and finding of this study portrayed a positive relationshipof flexible working arrangements’ of employees with social and physical wellbeing of employees in terms of energy. Practical implications This research is likely to facilitate the organization about the effects of flexible working arrangements on employee wellbeing, while organization can work upon to improve their flexible working arrangementsin their organization. Further, employee wellbeing should be highly examined by the organizations as they are the main asset of the organization so it can be achieved through flexible working arrangements. en_US
