dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study is to examine the links between the variables of Person-Supervisor fit (P-S) and affective and normative organizational commitment. Based on the quantitative approach, this study has a sample size of 200 (N = 200). Using the appropriate statistical tests and techniques, the collected data was analyzed. The findings of the study revealed that both; the P-S fit is useful when observing the level of organizational commitment of employees. en_US
