dc.description.abstract Purpose: The aim of the study is to determine how working environment can influence employee performance in PTCL Company. The objectives that have been proposed for this particular study are to: study the concept of working environment management and different factors related to it, study the impact of working environment management on job performance among employees in PTCL company Pakistan and to provide recommendations to the organizations operating within the hospitality sector of Pakistan regarding how they can improve their working environment management practices. Methodology: The study has used survey strategy through which quantitative data is gathered. The quantitative data is gathered through the questionnaires. The questionnaires were circulated among a sample of300 respondents, selected through convenience based sampling in non-probability sampling technique. The data gathered for the research is assessed and analyzed through statistical software SPSS. The research findings can be concluded by stating that author has identified answers for developed research questions. Findings: In fact, it has been noted that research achieves the aim because all of the tested hypotheses are accepted indicating that there is a positive relationship between variables. In certain, it has been evaluated that work environment in terms of work culture, safety and co worker relations can influence employee performance. The findings depict that data collected for each of the variable of the study is reliable and authentic. The regression findings of the study facilitated in concluded that work culture and employee performance are moderately associated with each other. Considering the findings being obtained so far, it has been evaluated that employee safety is found to be highly effective for the development of employee performance. Based on this fact, researcher recommends that future practitioners must employ and integrate employee safety procedures for the development of improved employee performance. For this concern, managers in PTCL must introduce advanced employee safety policies and suitable compensations because it can upgrade their performance and motivation at the workplace. en_US
