The data was analyzed with the help of statistical software SPSS, ny using the tools Pearson’s correlation and regression analysis. Although there are many other factors too which logistical performance can be approved by the organizations. Organization can improve their integration by implementing updated ERP system to get connected and maintain healthy relation between every department to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of work environment in an organization Implications: The study measured quite useful for the management of many industries of Pakistan as collaboration is not being followed well by many organizations in Pakistan.
