| dc.description.abstract | Purpose: This research study is performed with an aim to determine the Impact of Big Five Personality Traits on Job Performance. The research primarily focused to find the impact of these traits on the job performance of the employees of Bank Al-Habib. The explanatory research has been followed to conduct this research. Research Methodology: This research used Survey method for primary data collection. The quantitative approach has been used. For this research Likert scale has been used to measure the result of respondents on scale from 1 to 5. The result has been conducted from the employees of Bank AI-Habib as well as from fresh students, sample of 300 male and female respondents was drawn from the population. The data was analyzed using statistical tests including Cronbach's Alpha Test, Pearson Correlation and Multiple Linear Regression test. Findings of The Research: The results indicated that 4 out of the Big Five Personality traits, i.e., Agreeableness, Openness to Experience, Neuroticism and Conscientiousness impact an employee’s performance at work place. Whereas, the findings did not provide significant evidence to support that Extroversion impacts job performance. Practical Implications: This study has clearly signified that personality traits have impact on the job performance. | en_US |
