that encourages the industry to initiate reverse logistics activities. In this research four
variables are considered to check their impact on reverse logistics under organizational
performance: social aspects, economic aspects, environmental aspects and market performance
aspects. Data were collected through survey questionnaire and this data was used to study the
effects of these four variables. Regression technique was used and the results indicate that all
the variables; social aspects, environmental aspects, economic aspects and market performance
aspects have a significant and positive effect on reverse logistics under organizational
