dc.description.abstract Purpose of study: The research study was intended to identify the factors that impact the organizational performance of any organization. The study defines how green supply chain practices impact on the organization’s overall performance. Methodology: In this research, deductive approach was adopted whereby hypotheses were first developed with the help of variables identified in the literature. The research is based on primary quantitative data which was collected from a selected sample of respondents with the help of a research instrument i.e. a well-structured questionnaire. The data was analyzed with the help of statistical tool of Regression analysis, using software SPSS, version 22. Findings: The findings of the research suggests that there is a direct and positive impact of green customer cooperation, reverse logistics, product-eco design on organizational performance but it has been found negative impact on intra-organizational environmental management. Although there are many other factors too which impact the performance of an organization. Performance of any organization can be improved by implementing new practices which may increase efficiency and effectiveness. Implications: The study is considered quite useful for the management of many industries of Pakistan as Green supply chain practices is not being followed by many companies in Pakistan. Managers of other industries may also benefit from the finding of this study. Future scholars and academia may also take lead from the results of this study and undertake similar research on organizations of different industries. en_US
