dc.description.abstract Purpose: This study revolves around the organizational changes and their impact on the motivation of employees working at K-Electric. K-Electric being the prestigious organization backed their strategy to change organizational practices and transformed their Standard operating procedures. Objectives: The Objective of this research is to analysis the transformation and changes that occur in an organization after cultural change and to see its effect on employee motivation and overall productivity of the organization. Research Methodology: Descriptive and Quantitative research is being done in order to yield results that are desired. Several research papers are taken as a base paper and work is done accordingly. Close ended questionnaires were circulated and as a result of that data was collected. SPSS is used as the statistical tool for analysis of the data collected for the necessary actions. Main Findings: It always boosts the level of motivation of an employee when organizational leaders and their vision is clearly driven from top to bottom and enriched cultural well-being of the organization is very important for that. K-Electric had a positive and valuable impact of organizational changes that happened previously and that not only boosted their financial position but also helped in motivating the employee working at K-Electric. Motivation of an employee is directly proportional to Organizational changes that occurred in K-Electric. Motivational training and programs also hold a significant importance and hence it contributes to the overall cause of the organization. Motivated employee also results into being more tolerant, flexible and understands the need of adaptability of different practices that are required to change the working dynamics of the organization. Conclusion and Recommendations: The final conclusion and recommended strategies are further mentioned in the chapter 6 of the same research paper which can be referred for further review and necessary actions. en_US
