| dc.description.abstract | Purpose: The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of e-recruitment on satisfaction of jobseekers of Bahria University Karachi Campus. As nowadays the old recruitment procedure has been transformed by the impact of the Internet. Online recruitment is the newest development in the hiring process and it has been implemented by mostly organizations from small to large enterprises. The study also assists in evaluating the advantages and components of e-recruitment which insist jobseekers to use this latest recruitment procedure. Methodology/Sample: The research is descriptive in nature. The primary quantitative data is gathered with the help of an adopted questionnaire from a sample of 300 job holder students (both male & female) studying in evening & weekend programs belonging to management sciences department of Bahria University Karachi Campus. For analyzing data (Reliability, Correlation test and Regression test) were applied. Findings: The findings of this study have shown that there is no impact of efficiency on jobseeker’s satisfaction at Bahria University Karachi Campus. The organization does not have an active recruitment process, while it is worthy for job satisfaction in order to hire potential applicants. On the other hand, other E-Recruitment components such as easy access, availability of widespread information and process fairness are foundation of satisfaction for the jobseekers at Bahria University Karachi Campus, as they greatly affect their satisfaction level. Practical Implications: The results of this study will assist corporations to recognize the significance of online recruitment. Additionally, it offers information about components of e-recruitment which have positively influenced satisfaction of jobseekers. To remain jobseekers contented and relaxed enterprises can adopt & introduce these modern recruitment practices in their organizations. | en_US |
