| dc.description.abstract | Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to identify the impact of intrinsic rewards (Meaningful work, Empowerment, Growth opportunity and Appreciation) on Employees’ Motivation at Bank A1 Habib Limited. Research Methodology: This research has been conducted on the basis of quantitative analysis to study the impact of intrinsic rewards on employees’ motivation at BAHL. The data was collected through structured Questionnaire which was distributed among the sample size of 346 employees of Bank A1 Habib Ltd. out of which only 310 responded. Questionnaires were filled by managers and employees of each level. In order to analyze the data, statistical techniques were used including Cronbach’s Alpha test for checking reliability of primary collected data & Multiple Regression Analysis test for testing the hypothesis constructed for this research with the help of using SPSS software version 22.0. Findings: The reliability of data was measured by applying Cronbach’s Alpha test and it was found that the primary collected data was reliable to conduct further analysis. Regression analysis test was applied to test the hypothesis and the results of coefficient table revealed that intrinsic rewards (Meaningful work, Empowerment, Growth opportunity, and Appreciation) have positive and significant impact on Employees’ Motivation. Therefore all alternate hypothesis of this research are being accepted & null hypothesis are rejected which shows that intrinsic rewards play important role in employees’ motivation. Practical Implications: This research will be useful for the organizations where intrinsic rewards are used in order to boost the motivational level of employees. This research emphasizes on the importance of intrinsic rewards in employees’ motivation in banking sector of Pakistan by focusing on Bank A1 Habib Ltd, therefore this will also be helpful for other banks to use these factors to motivate their employees intrinsically. | en_US |
