Abstract:
Purpose: The reason to lead this examination is that to arrange the connection between the
work life balance practices and job satisfaction on the faculty of university. As research
concentrated on the elements of work life balance practices it depends on the three
measurements that imperative as an issue of thought which contains company focused
approach, family centric approach and personal satisfaction which indicates quality of life by
consolidating every one of these areas it make substance of job satisfaction.. Every space has
its own hugeness that have assumes a persuasive part at job satisfaction while concentrating
in balancing the activities of work and life.
Methodology/ Sample: It is an exploratory research led through reactions accumulated from
the staff of reputed university it incorporate Bahria University Karachi and Islamabad campus
while it includes a quantitative information. 129 accumulated number of responses have been
gathered that is actual research sample size. Whereas the use of statistical tool use to analyze
the correlation and regression tests to categorize the extent of influence of the company
focused approach, family centric approach and quality of life on job satisfaction among
university teachers.
Findings: As in this examination discoveries that has been assembled are on the factors that
incorporates organization focused approach, family centric approach and personal
satisfaction. The noteworthiness of these factors are legitimized by the assistance of the
relationships that is measured by correlation and coefficients that depicts the significance of
independent variables on the dependent variable i.e. job satisfaction. The qualities are
computed through the utilization of SPSS. Primary research is the source of data and
statistical tools help to recognize the connection between the work life balance practices and
job satisfaction among the perception of teachers.
Practical Implications: Recommendations has been made on the basis of the results that
helps to upgrade the variables in regard to create positive influence on job satisfaction which
eventually help teachers to maintain the capability of work life balance practices in their
personal and professional lives.
