dc.description.abstract The objective of research is to determine the Impact of Supply Chain Processes on organization performance. Where SCM processes are one of the major mechanisms for the firm to helps in saving substantial cost. The influences of SCM will help in improving the performance of the organization mainly in following areas: Demand management, Supplier’s management, Cost reduction & Time saving. The earlier researches have also endorsed these factors as, they improve the process of Demand Management, Supplier Management and Customer relationships in a firm. The research is quantitative in nature and resulting deductive approach. The data for research is gathered from sample of 200 respondents collected from distributing questionnaire. Regression is applied on the test to check the relationship and impact between the variables. The findings form the research shows that, all the variables have significant impact on the firm’s performance. However, SCM processes implementation leads to improvement in overall performance but the main significance in performance is the SRM (supplier relationship management) which has the highest impact on organization performance among all. en_US
