| dc.description.abstract | Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study is to identify the mediating effect of empowerment on the relationship of a transformational leader with the employee performance and satisfaction. Research method/sampling: The methodology section attempts to highlight the overall research approach used for conducting this study. Initially it will include research approach, the instrumentation design and the sample size consideration for the study at hand. Further the technique used will be described comprehensively i.e. mediation analysis. Findings of the research: Findings of the study suggested that empowerment has an impact on both performance and satisfaction. The partial least square analysis method identified that empowerment completely mediate the relationship of transformational leadership with performance and partially mediate employee satisfaction. Practical implications of the research : The results of my study revealed that in organization context transformational leadership always has an impact on employee performance and satisfaction. If the leader empowers their employees it enhances the performance of employees which can create the great impact on individual and organizational performance. | en_US |
